Refund Policy

We want you to join a SkillRift program only if it is right for you. That is why every paid program comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. This page explains how refunds, batch transfers and cancellations work.
14-day money-back guarantee
Attend the first two weeks of your batch. If the program isn’t right for you, email us before day 14 (counted from the batch start date) and we will refund the full fee you paid, including GST. No long forms and no questions you have to justify; we may ask for a few words of feedback to improve the program.
- Send your request to hello@skillrift.in from the email address you enrolled with, with the subject “Refund request” and your program and batch name.
- The guarantee applies once per learner per program.
After day 14
Refunds are not available after the 14th day of the batch, because your seat, mentor time and project reviews have been allocated to you. If something serious stops you from continuing, such as a medical emergency, write to us. We will offer a transfer to a later batch, and we review exceptional cases individually.
Batch transfers
- You can move to a later batch of the same program once, free of charge, if you ask before day 14 of your current batch.
- Further transfers are possible if seats are available, at the program fee difference if fees have changed.
If we cancel or reschedule
If SkillRift cancels a batch, or moves its start date by more than 14 days, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to another batch or program of equal or lower fee (with the difference refunded).
EMI and financed payments
If you paid through a no-cost EMI or a loan from a financing partner, an approved refund is sent to the lender to close the EMI. Any interest, processing fee or charges levied by the lender or your bank are governed by their terms; where the plan was no-cost EMI, we refund the subsidy so you are not charged interest.
How and when refunds are paid
- We confirm your request by email within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–7 business days to show it.
- Your access to classes, recordings and the learner community ends when the refund is processed.
Free masterclasses and resources
Free masterclasses, syllabus downloads, templates and newsletters cost nothing, so no refund applies.
