Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply when you use skillrift.in, sign up for a free masterclass or resource, or enrol in a SkillRift School (“SkillRift”, “we”, “us”) program. By using the website or enrolling, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund policy.

Who can enrol

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Details you give us when enrolling must be accurate and up to date.

Programs, batches and mentors

  • Each program page shows its curriculum, duration, format, schedule and fee. We keep this information accurate, but we may update the curriculum, tools or session timings to keep the program current.
  • Classes are delivered live online by SkillRift mentors. If a mentor is unavailable, an equally qualified mentor may take the session.
  • Recordings of live classes are shared with enrolled learners for revision. Please don’t record sessions yourself.

Fees and payment

  • Fees are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Your seat is confirmed once the fee, or the first EMI, is received. EMI plans are provided by third-party financing partners under their own terms.
  • Refunds and batch transfers are covered by our Refund policy, including the 14-day money-back guarantee.

Certificates

You receive a SkillRift certificate of completion when you complete and submit the program’s required projects and meet the attendance requirement shared at the start of your batch. Certificates show your name and program and can be verified by employers by writing to us.

Career and placement support

We provide career support such as portfolio and resume reviews, mock interviews and introductions to hiring partners. We do not guarantee a job, salary or interview. Outcomes depend on your effort, skills, the job market and employers’ decisions.

Your account and conduct

  • Your access is personal. Don’t share your login, class links, recordings or materials with anyone else.
  • Be respectful to mentors and other learners. Harassment, spam or disruptive behaviour can lead to removal from the program without refund.
  • Submit your own work. Plagiarised projects are not accepted for certification.
  • When you practise on real ad accounts, websites or social pages, use only accounts you own or are authorised to use, and follow each platform’s policies.

Content and intellectual property

Course materials, videos, templates, the website and the SkillRift name and logo belong to SkillRift or its licensors. You may use materials for your own learning and work. You may not copy, resell, publish or distribute them. You keep ownership of the projects you create, and you allow us to show anonymised examples in our teaching unless you ask us not to.

Free resources and website content

Articles, templates and masterclasses are for general education. Platform features, prices and policies (for example Google, Meta or LinkedIn) change often; check current official documentation before relying on them for business decisions.

Third-party services

The website links to and uses third-party services such as payment, video, analytics and CRM providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

We provide the website and programs with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, SkillRift is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, ad spend or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to a program is limited to the fee you paid for that program.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top. Changes don’t affect a batch you have already paid for in a way that reduces what you were promised at enrolment.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
